Stress is the result of the interaction between people's characteristics and the demands of the external and internal environment and the individual's perception of their responsiveness. It is associated with the release of hormones that, besides altering various aspects of physiology, also have a modulating effect on the body's defenses, where it reacts to physical or psychological components, the main hormone with these functions is cortisol. Stress is commonly associated with undergraduate students, as university entry promotes various adaptations and changes in students' lives, which face new challenges. This study aimed to carry out a systematic review of the Stress Undergraduate Health literature, describing the scientific literature on stress on graduation and the factors associated with health courses. A systematic bibliographic search was performed, where the search for the material was performed through the databases Medline, Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo, Google Scholar and national and international health committees, which included bibliographic references from 2009 to 2019. For the search we used the following terms (keywords): 1) Stress; 2) Graduation; 3) anxiety; 4) Health and 5) Pharmaceutical. In the articles approached it was found that the health courses with higher incidence of stress are nursing and medicine, it was also identified that reaches students in various stages of graduation and that the most common factors are related to distance from family, extensive activities of course, job expectations, among others. In recent years, stress has increased significantly in undergraduate students, due to society's demands on future professionals. The absence of articles in pharmacy undergraduates made the study difficult and pointed to the need for a specific study in this course.
