Résumé:
The species Nerium oleander L., commonly known as oleander and oleander, is
originally from the Mediterranean and belongs to the family Apocynaceae. lactescent
is veíy branched and floriferous, leathery leaves and persistent. The flowers are
white, pink or red and are formed in the spring and summer. There are several
varieties which dizer by the colors of the flowers, which may be single or double, and
leaves, which can be entirely green or variegated. For data analysis we used the
nonparametric log rank test, comparing the survival curves. The bees avive until the
contro1 (25 days reaching a statistical average of 17 days, although it recorded the
last larvar dead at 21 days) and those treated with 0.25%, 0.50% and 1.0%
respectively experienced mortality at 15, 13 and 12dias. The data analysis showed
statistically significant differences between treatments and control, suggesting a toxic
effect of the mash obtained from flowers of Nerium oleander L to workers of Apis
mellifera. There is a toxic effect of macerated obtained from flowers of Nerium
oleander L on honeybee Apis mellifera.
