Resumen:
The present work had for objective to study the toxicity of lpomoea asarifolia R. et
Schult for bees Apis mellifera in controlled conditions. The bioensaios were
accomplished at the Laboratory of Entomology of the Federal University of Campina
Grande, Campus of Dovecote. He/she used poién of lpomoea asarifolia. The polén
was weighed in 8 different fractions (0,25%, 0,50%,0,75%,1,0% and
2,5%,5,0%,7,5%,10%) and added to the "candi". you would operate Them recently
emerged were selected by the size and coloration, distributed together of 20 insects
by wood box measuring 1 1 cm of length for 1 1 of width and 7 cm of height, in three
repetitions and the control, perfazendo 27 boxes and 540 labor bees, they were
conditioned in B. O. D with adjusted temperature to 32nd C and humídity of 70%.
THE group control just received the candi and water. The insecto of the treatment
received the cândi with the polén of lpomoea asarifolia. The result of the statistical
analysis was obtained in the comparison among the concentrations of the treatment
and of the group it controls in the experiment of ingestion polén. For analyses of the
data the no-parametric test Log Rank Test was used, in the comparison of the
survival curves. It was observed that the survival of the bees was reduced with the
use of the diet containing the extracts of polén of 1. asarlfolía.
