Resumen:
This research was conducted to evaluate the toxic effect of macerated flower plant
family Apocynaceae provided to honeybees under controlled conditions. Each plant
was weighed unto three different fractions, namely (0.25%, 0.50% and 1.0%) and
added to the "candy" and water. For statistical analysis, we used the non-parametric
test Log Rank test, comparing the survival curves. We measured the average
mortality was assessed and the presence of the toxic effect of macerated flowers
pereiro (Aspidosperma pyrifolium Mart.), The average mortality ranged from 12 to 15
days. The results showed that these flowers macerated in 1.00% concentration
provides early death of worker bees.
