Résumé:
The genus Apis is composed of four species and several subspecies are among
those already living in South America. before arriving in Apis mellifera scutellata, and
this originates in Africa. On the banks of rivers and in low places, there are naturally
occurring Oiticica (L/cara/a ng/da) plant frequented by honeybees (4p/s me///Hera).
This species is known by beekeepers because they reach at least one tablespoon
clear honey crop very attractive for the consumer market during the offseason of
myrtle. The flowering period of Oiticica is from August to October, with peak flowering
in September, where beekeepers even make two or three crops of honey. Fernandes
et al. (2006) also found that 1.. dg/da is a honey plant of great importance to
beekeeping by Northeastern flourish in tomes of food shortages in the semiarid
