Abstract:
This paper discusses the textlinguistics contributions focusing the text as an
important and essential instrument in teaching-learning. Here, we present the
retextualization as a process to be used for the writing, even when the texts are oral.
This research aims to discuss the process of retextualization and how it can help the
writing development as well as the student's text production. The theoretical
contribute is based in the authors Costa Val (1999), Fávero and Koch (2005), Koch
(2013), Antunes (2002), Marcuschi (2008, 2010a, 2010b), Penafria (1999), Melo
(2002) and Hess (2006). For this we realized a bibliographic research with qualitative
approach, where books, papers, monographs and theses were analyzed. As a result
we report an instance of orality retextualization to writing, of documentary genre to
daily genre, for the purpose of contribute to the teaching-learning of 8th grade
students, regarding the activities development with text and oral or written genres.
