Education and the fundamental basis in the life of the child and according to Libâneo ... the performance of the school consists of the intellectual and moral preparation of the students to assume their position in society. The school's commitment is to culture, social problems belong to society. The cultural path towards knowledge is the same for all students, as long as they strive. Thus, the least able should struggle to overcome their difficulties and earn their place with the most capable. But in reality what has been observed in practice is teaching with poorly paid and discouraged teachers to carry out their task as educators, preventing the student from being well oriented, this implies that the victim is always him. There are also students who are not literate to follow the grade that most of them study, with difficulties in reading and writing, with no minimum conditions to understand the language of the teacher. As Paulo Freire says: “Learning to read and write is no longer because memorizing syllables, words or phrases, but critically reflecting on the profound meaning of language.” For that, the student has to be critical in his readings and also understand the use of “language” and how it works. Taking as a reference the evidence of the school's situation, we started an in-service training job, which aimed to work with the teacher on his difficulties in relation to the student, through study sessions and informal conversations dealing with specific content and updating knowledge. . Therefore, studying in groups, we look for a way to try to overcome the problems encountered in order to reach a better performance in the teaching - learning process.
