Society sees it as a deposit of marginals, a place of social assistance and still others, as a useless consumer of public resources. Few see it as the stage where the drama of millions of individually considered children and a whole society taken from the set of a historical court that seeks through the school space to acquire indispensable instruments to participate in the challenge of existence and the construction of a new history . This was our vision before entering the municipal school, a kind of professional occupation and that in reality is another. The position we found, was the willpower of teachers wanting to make a commitment. However, the lack of guidance for these teachers, ideas without materiality and the insecurity of the pedagogical act deviated from the true path and actions of the pedagogical. It is so much that at first we were devoid and even felt a "shock" when facing idealism and reality. Gradually we got better and we got a way to do our work. And it was there that we felt that "practice" is the most tangible aspect between the experience of the internship and those of effective exercise of teaching. We must ask: what would be the most appropriate way to mobilize a space for this reflection? We organized a space for this in study sessions with the teachers and presented our work to be developed and our role, as interns. Some samples and responses took up the challenges of our first tasks in the profession as supervisors. What we indicate here as creative includes the commitment to the direction of history: creative while capable of producing a new man, a new society, a new historical reality, a new worldview that incorporated into the student, impels him to be a citizen.
