Resumo:
Currently, the Brazilian school is becoming conditioned to an elitist march, often deviating from the commitment to always be in function of the student. We can feel this problem when we see the pedagogical practice itself moving further and further away from the classroom. With that, we noticed that day by day the lack of commitment increases, as well as we regret the strong influence of party politics in education which, according to Gadotti: The goal of a democratic education policy is to get the school to define its own model of education. (GADOTTI, 1985, p.116). In reality, the opposite happens, preventing a cohesive work, which compromises the smooth progress of learning. For this reason, the lack of interest of the students, of the teachers themselves and consequently a learning of a lower level than desired appears clearly. In view of these aspects, we seek to develop a work that meets these deficiencies, always with teachers and other people involved, in order to cooperate in the development of the teaching-learning process, always with pedagogical activities that correspond to the true reality of the school, through of study sessions questioning content and updating knowledge in an attempt to alleviate experienced situations, based on the credibility of everyone as educators.
