The entrepreneurship, in general, is the subject that cause interest in many different researchers, mainly of management area. Concerned about this topic, the women's entrepreneurship has been reached emphasis because of the growing of women that tend to invest ontheir own business. The research intend, with a general objective, the analysis of the characteristics of enterpreneuship’s behavior about the Direct Sale of the Cosmetics personal shoppers in the city of Campina Grande – PB. The study is based on a descriptive research, it proposes describe the characteristics of the study object. Concerned about the ways of research, the study is characterised by a quantitative research, because of the target public is defined and the quantitative manners of analysis . In order to obtain the objective of the study, was aplied one closed and structured questionnaire, with ten socioeconomic questions and 36 investigative questions. These questions were target among the problematic answers, created through the form provided by SEBRAE (2013). Unstructured Enterviews were also done, with the objective of colect data that will provide qualitative analysis on the phenomena. The study, in fact, shows the existence of inherent characteristics to the figure of successfulentrepreneur. However, only the women's entrepreneurship don’t represent a certain successful assurancce. The main motivation factors observed were the approach and the effort to aply their objectives and targets, the personal sacrifice, the pursuit for capabilities and information and other ingredients, that has been essential to recognize opportunities in order to get out of the plans and become successful enterprises.
