"Every human practice has its theoretical assumptions and it is only through the explanation and analysis of these assumptions that it becomes intelligible and allows us to become aware of what we do". (SANTOS, 1985,33p). It is through theory and practice, that we are able to discover the ways to do work in school, that reach the objectives of the teaching staff and students. So we need subsidies
theoretical and practical to awaken in the student, the importance of reading. And we only achieve these assumptions, when we put into practice what we read through essays, analyzes and syntheses. We used these assumptions, to start our work, with an explanation of our study plan, giving teachers the opportunity to become aware of what we were going to do. The first step of our study was observation in order to be able to leave for the actual work. And it was in these observations where we realized that the greatest difficulty encountered by teachers, was how to develop reading and writing. Because they were distressed, not knowing how to act with their students in relation to behavior, that is, whether they took aggressive attitudes or not. The only thing they concluded and that leaving them at ease would not bring any results. Soon, they thought it best to demand from the student, while still being a friendly teacher. Thinking about these situations found, we tried to work together with the teachers in order to find solutions that would alleviate the problems. As our proposal would be to work study sessions with the teachers, we made a survey of the contents that would be interesting to work on. Unfortunately, it was not necessary to work specifically on certain contents, because the teachers themselves affirmed that they did not experience difficulties in them.
