Resumo:
To innovate means to introduce changes in an object in a planned way aiming to produce improvement in it and education, and this, a process that must be renewed every day and applied according to the environment in which it is needed. But what we are seeing and feeling is a departure from reality and the application of inappropriate and often outdated and disintegrated methods of the current moment. In view of these problems, we seek to develop our activities of the School Supervision Internship in an attempt to find a new educational vision. For that, we chose the Cecília Estolano Meireles School Group where we realized when we arrived, that this is in terms of its pedagogical practice, however, due to the new administration, and it is still a slow process because the teachers are used to using old-fashioned methods, difficult to change them in the short term, as well as the lack of problem in all senses referring to the teaching-learning process. In an attempt to give new incentives and help the school management to free themselves, so many teachers and these to their students, from this passive education and linked to previous processes, we try to engage in this renewing and liberating movement since education is the exercise of freedom of man to structure his project of existence, to live the different horizons of the cultural, and to work with the teachers through study sessions, where we approach several topics of both content and information, all of interest to the members of that school community, with the objective that the change would be felt by everyone and everyone would be in a dynamic and free educational process, through a participative and cooperative work because only in this way we could see all or almost all the difficulties so that we could work around them and find solutions that meet the most urgent needs.
