Resumo:
Brazilian education is not meeting the wishes of the majority of the population. Thus, it ceases to form conscious people to criticize for a liberating practice. The first degree in Brazil seems to be more elitist, because it is in this that we find the highest school dropout rates. For this reason, we need people committed to education with renewed ideas, in an attempt to train students with a critical conscience, regarding the current aspects of education. We started our internship activities, where we immediately observe existing problems with regard to teaching plans, as they were worked and randomly and disconnected from the students' reality. We also highlight the lack of integration between teachers and administration personnel, as well as the lack of relationship between teacher and student. Considering all the aspects covered, we try to do a serious and practical work according to the real needs of the student, aiming to minimize the learning difficulties experienced by the students of the 1st phase, for this we try to carry out our work, through meetings and study sessions with teachers, aiming to integrate them in this pedagogical practice.
