Resumo:
This study aimed to evaluate the development of lettuce in relation to different
planting dates, row spacing and dlfferent application rates of manure application in
sheep . The experiments were conducted in the experimental área of the Ciências e
Tecnologia Agroalimentar, Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, Campus
Pombal, PB. Lettuce seeds of 'Verá' were used. the seedlings were transplanted
when they had 2-3 true leaves . The treatments were: two cropping seasons , three
spacings (0.20 x 0.20 , 0.20 x 0.25 , 0.25 x 0.25 m ) and four sheep manure rates ( 0,
20, 40 and 60 t ha - 1 ) resulting in a factorial 2 x 3 x 4 . The experimental design was
adopted in randomized block design with four replications. The área was prepared
mechanically plowing and removal of the beds, the clearings were made manually,
irrigation was performed by micro sprinkler, the phytosanitary treatments were
performed according to need, the crop was harvested each season at 30 days after
transplanting. Shoot height, head diameter, number of leaves , short fresh weight ,
root fresh weight, total fresh weight, dry weight of short , root dry mass, total dry
matter and soir analysis: We analyzed. The second time, the spacing of 0.25 x 0.25
m. and the dose of 60 t ha' l showed higher development and production of lettuce
Verá.
