With the constant changes in the consumer profile of the society, it becomes increasingly necessary to exercise caution when undertaking. The Business Plan is a tool that can assist in the preparation of the action plan and identify the risks to which the enterprise is subject. Given this reality, this study aimed to analyze the economic feasibility, financial and marketing of a new company in the furniture sector in the city of Campina Grande - PB through a Business Plan. This study can be typified as exploratory and descriptive, and was supported by a bibliographical and field research, with a quantitative approach to data processing. Based on the Development of Operating Business Plan provided by SEBRAE (2014), it was possible to analyze the market, build marketing strategies, operational and financial plans, coming finally to the conclusion that there is the viability of the enterprise of Schafer Planned Furniture.
