Abstract:
The Corporate Social Responsibility is a topic that is growing increasingly in the socioeconomic environment so pressing companies to seek a new form of management that considers the impacts that their activities generate on in its internal and external environment. Within this context the present study aimed to identify occurrences of focused CSR practices to the Public Internal the company Alfa Call Center based on Ethos indicators (2013), from the perception of supervisors tactical sector. The research is characterized as a survey of a descriptive nature. The used data collection techniques were: direct observation, document research and questionnaire. The analysis was developed from the quantitative approach. The results show that the practices developed by the company studied the Dialogue and Participation dimension are partially satisfactory in the perception of the investigated employees. However, the dimensions Respect for individuals and Employment Decent, the corporate social responsibility practices need to be improved considerably. It was also according to the view of respondents that one of the positive characteristics of the company is that the possibility of being the gateway for people seeking the opportunity for their first job and also valuing its employees regardless of gender.
