Resumo:
This work deals with a systematic study of switching circuits to thyristors, in which the switching source forced is in parallel with the main thyristor. From a generalized switching circuit, a formation law is created that identifies all possible circuit configurations. An analysis of the performance and design characteristics, making it possible to classify them according to the switching interval. The presentation of these characteristics, in the form of standardized abacuses, allows to verify the influence of the allocation of parasitic or localized inductances, as well as to compare the different configurations identified.
