Abstract

Education is a dynamic element, capable of changes and keeping pace with the development of man in his environment. As I was advised that it is through my knowledge that I will expose my ideas, at first I was very well received by everyone at the school. In the observation and participation phase which I tried to develop with great interest, responsibility and dedication. Soon after I met everyone at school, and then I went to visit the parents' house, all of this in the observation phase. Where I developed appropriate methods to achieve greater reading performance, use means that facilitate learning in reading and apply specific activities to improve student performance in reading.
