This work aims to optimize the total travel time, for the displacement of equipment between different poles. To solve the problem, we used a
network of points in the Northeast of Brazil. Three different methods using Graph Theory have been used to determine the optimal arrangement. Movements at minimum cost are computed, using Klein's methods; Busacker and Gowen; and the optimal designation. The adequacy of the Clarke and Wright method to solve this problem is discussed subject to some restrictions. The results obtained in this study show that the methods, mentioned above, can be used to determine the minimum travel time between different poles.
