Résumé:
In the current scenario, see how globalization along with the advancement of technology
is present in our everyday lives. The mobile uses the services along with technology to facilitate
communication where there need to be a quality service. That said, this study aims to examine,
in the opinion of customers, the quality of mobile service in the city of Campina Grande-PB.
Using exploratory and descriptive method, with a Quantitative and qualitative research and nonprobabilistic convenience sampling with a sample of 99 people. Thus, it was necessary to use
the SERVQUAL questionnaire, with modifications, in order that it becomes easier and faster
for respondents. The main results obtained in all the variables, found the quality was less than
desired by customers. Overall, there was no occurrence of high quality. Thus the quality of
services was considered average, with a tendency to low.
