Abstract:
The competitiveness of the current market and business requires that new companies arise
offering new options to the consumers. It is important the shortfall in the campinense market
of a new restaurant with a different kind of service, that offers an effective cost benefit,
acording to the population growth, the arrival of students from different locations and the
busy life they take. It is worth mentioning, therefore, that it is extremely important to draw up
a business plan to achieve success in the new business. The launch of a new venture requires,
among other things, an efficient operational and financial plan. The efficiency of this plan will
result in success and profit to the entrepreneurial and necessity satisfaction of your target
audience. In this sense this study aimed to develop the Business Plan for the implementation
of the restaurant "Welfare" in Campina Grande - PB. Types of qualitative research,
quantitative, descriptive and bibliographical were adopted. Through analysis of theories that
bring explanations about main points,the collection of data for the preparation of the plan was
possible. It is concluded that the business plan serves as a guide that it has the objective to
guide the development of activities, aiming to reduce or avoid situations that could harm the
business. The results show how positive the market and entrepreneurs the opening of the
restaurant Welfare, having a well-defined and well-established business plan.
