Abstract:
In an increasingly demanding and competitive environment, the search for competent professionals, who meet the needs required by companies, are more rigid, making it more difficult to enter the labor market, especially for young people seeking their first job, which is more difficult. From this perspective, the research aims to analyze the professional expectations of young people who are about to complete the Administration Course of the UFCG. The difficulties faced by young people in finding a place in the labor market have been addressed, given that, with the current crisis, the difficulties for them have become greater, even though young people have their rights guaranteed in the Youth Statute. Thus, the creation of Public Policy stimulates and guarantees to young people the possibility of professional qualification. The present research has a qualitative and descriptive nature, in which 21 trainees participated in the Administration Course of the UFCG. In order to obtain the data, questionnaires were given to the final students of the course, in which they had to respond according to their vision, questions regarding the difficulties, amplitude and situation that the labor market is currently in, as well as government actions in And the importance of professional qualification for those wishing to enter the labor market. The results obtained in the course of the research indicated that students have a realistic view of the current crisis situation in the labor market, as well as the difficulties in relation to competition, the qualifications and professional experience required to enter the labor market when they complete the course.
