Abstract:
The business plan of a social media represents the challenge of planning the basis to the enterprise decision making in a long term horizontal time face to the high level of uncertainly in the environment that it is inserted. Therefore, this project aims the planning development of a business referred to the implementation of a social-media startup. To achieve the feat, the referred applied and descriptive case study has used the business plan model built by Dr. Marcelo Alves de Barros to the Parque Tecnológico da Paraíba (PaqTcPB) allied to lots of Works and researches, including academic ones, that they have been analyzed aiming the best document construction. Also secondary data and interviews with the business partners have been utilized to the better reality reflection on the work in question. As the result it has the business plan corresponding to the implementation period of the enterprise, containing policies, guidelines, actions propositions and measuring indicators to its beginning, providing the realization of a company with goods results in long terms.
