Abstract:
The changes in the routine of people, making the lives of these busiest and low availability of time, caused by large agglomerations in urban areas, caused people to leave to perform services before traditionally domestic as sewing, to do it them away. Thus the segment repairs and clothing adjustments, is growing along with other services that were traditionally made at home, for people to use their time more with what they consider necessary, thereby having more quality vida.Com their experience in the market repair clothes in Campina Grande, has Way seeks new markets to place their business model. Thus the aim of this study is to verify the feasibility of deploying a clothing repair shop in the city of João Pessoa. This study is characterized as a descriptive research. The data analysis was from the use of software for preparation of business plan prepared by ROSE (2013). In this plan we were defined steps considered crucial by SEBRAE, being among these: analyze the local market, point the location of choice, entry strategies in the market, the operational plan, how many employees will be needed and what their respective roles. Financially, it is explicit the value of the investment, expected revenues, profitability analysis, profitability, estimated time for payback, thus bringing important data for the entrepreneur, avoid taking unnecessary risks. The total investment of the project is R $ 112,262.77. feasibility indicators showed that the company is viable from a financial point of view, with an average profitability, slightly higher than 25% and payback in 15 months.
