Abstract:
Through the alterations, organizations had to reinvent their processes and how to manage one of the most important assets of a company: the peoples. The development of the economy and new business led to a scenario recognized by the considerable growth in the road sector heavy loads. This research has as objective the analysis of psychosocial risks related Quality of Life at Work which the carters a mining of ornamental rocks located in Campina Grande-PB are exposed. The research includes the Brazilian literature, emphasizing the authors Ana Cristina Limongi-France and Mário César Ferreira, who consider interventions on Quality of Life at Work and ergonomic aspects of the activity, respectively. Data were collected through questionnaires based on the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Protocol (2013) and interviews. The analysis was made considering the profile of the participants, work meaning, ergonomics activities, work context, as adopted management, experiences and physical, psychological and social work-related. From the results, it was found that 75% of participants have not completed elementary school, 87% said they never or rarely participate in the decision-making process, 100% ever, rarely and sometimes there is concern for the well-being. On the problems arising from the work, participants reported introduce changes in sleep and appetite, circulatory problems and body aches. In general, you can confirm that the participants can see how the aspects of the profession can offer health risks.
