Abstract:
The work has scope of scope of public policies of mental health, proposed by the psychiatric
Reform of 2001, in relation to the population in situation of street in the city of Cajazeiras-PB.
This sense, makes-the reflex theories and précédic about the new model of attention to health
metal in Brazil. The questions that involve a population in a street situation, seek to
understand how the necessities of life of these people, which is subject to the analysis of the
limits and possibilities of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, the health care of this floating
population. The research is of the theoretical and theoretical type, the field research was a
qualitative approach having been carried out through interviews, had as participants in a street
situation, CAPSad users or not, mental health professionals who work in the CAPSad and
members of the pastoral. The interview site will be in the city of Cajazeiras-PB, thus bringing
us closer to Marx's critical method. Notably, having a better information of life, the real
people are situation, in the situation of life of the real life, bringing the users relative, their
history of life, which actions of the state and such a new age.
