Résumé:
"Education is a dynamic element capable of changes and of keeping pace with the development of man in his environment". Based on the determinations of the Full Degree Course in Pedagogy, qualification in School Supervision, it is necessary to carry out a Supervised Internship. This internship is completed with a Report whose objective describes all the activities developed at the school during the internship period, and it was with the guidance of Professor Maria Deusa de Sousa, that I had the opportunity to carry out activities capable of transferring the theory I acquired during the course for practice at the Ernani Sátiro School, which served as an internship field. It is through my knowledge that I will expose my ideas for future achievements. a lot of interest, responsibility and dedication, showing all my commitment and effort to want to act a change, hoping for productivity in my professional life. I was welcomed by all the members of the school and in particular by the principal, who was always helpful, who at all times maintained a dialogue. I presented my primary objective and purpose to the school, the school offered to help, giving me full support. Through it I became aware of the general functioning of the school and from there started the internship activities. Given the knowledge and experiences acquired, I tried at all times to develop a coherent and cohesive work, further enriching the knowledge received throughout my course.
