Resumen:
The role of the school is not just to fulfill what is ready and determined, to talk, inform teachers or check if the work is being carried out, but some Np pedagogical action regarding the needs of everyone who is inserted in the educational reality of a school entity. In this Work, as the beginning of a pedagogical action, it aims to supervise all the experiences lived in the Pre-Internship period of School Supervision held at the Maria Irismar Maciel Moreira High School in the city of Icó-Ceará.
