In the absence of my own effort, I will show how the activities developed during the period of the Internship held at the 1st Grade State School Professor Olivina Carneiro da Cunha where I performed my work, meeting the requirements of the Supervised Internship in School Supervision of Pedagogy of the Campus Teacher Training Center - V Cajazeiras. Within the educational context, I will try to show the purpose and objective of this work at school, in the greatest perception that something positive can be drawn from this report, in the sense of solving some problems that teaching today in Brazil. However, so that it can take place professionally, it is up to the teacher to understand that both he and his students have rights and duties respected and fulfilled. Teachers often think he is only entitled, while students are left with only their duties. If the school, in daily practice, teachers and students know how to understand their rights and duties, they will certainly know how to fulfill their obligations to society in the state and other individuals to respect their rights. Thus, the work reserves itself, if not originality and detecting the unprecedented facts to the simplest, but also authenticity, honesty, and a lot of effort, in order to transmit as closely as possible the socio-cultural and educational reality experienced by the open paths in practical and theoretical classes, analysis of experiences that arose from the result of the action of an effort during the internship period.
