This Report is part of the proposed activities carried out at the 1st Grade State School Antonio Teodoro Neto - Sousa - PB. The execution period corresponds to the months of August to December 1990, on the occasion of the Supervised Internship in School Supervision, with the theme "Literacy" as a variable. The raison d'être of this theme is due to the fact that, in my opinion, this aspect of first degree education deserves special attention, on the part of education specialists and a critical position, a constant search for innovation, aiming at more performance in the teaching-learning process. It is unnecessary to stress that the need for a focus, especially on literacy and due to its condition as a fundamental basis of the entire educational process. On the other hand, I am fascinated by the chances that the literacy teacher has to provide his students with a good learning experience, the universe of scrap material he has at his disposal and a good dose of creativity. The educational activity, especially literacy is a game, where the goal is mainly to achieve satisfactory productivity, reconciling the lack of children (affective, food, social, cultural, etc.) and the lack of the school itself (meals, teaching materials, recycling teachers, etc.). It depends on the teacher's cunning and creativity to discover the rules and win the game.
