Abstract:
The present work sought to identify the graduates of the undergraduate course in Physics of UFCG/CES and the paths that are running after the end of the course. It was clear the difficulties in teacher education during the period that the student was in graduation, seeking to understand their needs throughout their academic life. Using as a basis the data of the coordination of the physics degree course of CES/UFCG, as well as the application of a questionnaire with all 55 conclusive graduates of the course. The low demand for undergraduate courses is small because many students believe that the profession of teacher becomes somewhat discourfying, because the rulers did not value the professional. Moreover, many professionals play the role of teacher without any training. Thus, in the year 2006, thinking about the difficulties of the lack of professionals, both in education and health, came a great achievement for the city of Cuité that was the university expansion, which allowed several universities to distribute campuses And then the city of Cuité get the CES-UFCG campus. The methodology used in this work is quantitative and qualitative in which we sought to acquire information about the perception of students who completed the undergraduate course in physics. The results obtained made it possible to understand the difficulties faced by the students, the positive and negative points of the course as well as the reasons for choice and suggestions for improvement.
