There was also a lecture, which provided information regarding the recycling of oil for SOAP making and finally held a workshop for the manufacture of SOAP, thus providing the necessary means so that respondents can recycle its oil and use it in your own establishment hygiene or even sells them. The results indicate that the majority of respondents acknowledges the importance of recycling of oil, the damage that the incorrect disposal of this cause to the environment, but did not know the intensity of such damages and that would like to work with and in his establishment, all claimed to know that it is possible to manufacture the SOAP through the use of oil and the same also claimed that would use in their day-to-day SOAP produced from the cooking oil. In relation to the definition of the term "environmental education", responded, in a general way that EA is the Act of preserving, to know and respect the environment and also to make people aware in relation to environmental problems. The completion of the lecture and the workshop of soap making made clarifications on the subject, the latter of which was used as a tool of EA in order to raise awareness and encourage respondents to perform this practice in their establishments.
