Abstract:
An act of knowledge and an important instrument for the liberation of the people. The educational system of the 1st grade (second phase) of public schools, daily needs to improve its knowledge in order to update its students in our scientific knowledge. Through research carried out in the pre-internship, through works, studied texts and pre-tests carried out with the students, it was found that the 1st grade classes (second phase) of the 1st Grade School "FRANCISCO CARLOS VASCONCELOS, located in Jardim Rio do Peixe, do not safely dominate writing, that is, do not read well. Transcription requires all attention, all concentration, much reading, so I agree with the thinking of FEII "Writing and a conventional system used by man with the purpose of communicating with each other, recording their discoveries, their stories, ideas and thoughts. It is a means of expression and conservation of idea and thought. Writing is only of educational value when the child already knows what he is writing, when he is able to say in advance what he is going to write. The activities carried out in the reading room aim to stimulate students in the development of listening, speaking and writing skills; the mechanism, functioning and possibilities of expression of the language through learning and not by teaching the grammar itself.
