dc.description.resumo	Um ato de conhecimento e um importante instrumento para a libertação do povo. O sistema educacional do 1º grau (segunda fase)das escolas publicas, precisa diariamente aperfeiçoar-se nos conhecimentos para atualizar seus alunos nos nossos conhecimentos científicos. Através de pesquisas feitas no pré-estágio, através de trabalhos, textos estudados e pré-testes realizados com os alunos, detectou-se que as turmas do 1º grau (segunda fase) da Escola de 1º Grau "FRANCISCO CARLOS VASCONCELOS, localizada no Jardim Rio do Peixe, não dominam com segurança a escrita , isto é, não leem bem. A transcrição exige toda atenção, toda a concentração muita leitura , por isso concordo com o pensamento de FEII "A escrita e um sistema convencional utilizado pelo homem com a finalidade de se comunicar entre si , registrar suas descobertas, suas histórias, idéias e pensamentos. É um meio de expressão e conservação de ideia e pensamento. A escrita só tem valor educacional quando a criança já souber o que está escrevendo, quando tiver condições de antecipadamente dizer o que irá escrever. As atividades realizadas na sala de leitura visam estimular os alunos no desenvolvimento das habilidades de ouvir, falar e escrever; o mecanismo, funcionamento e possibilidades de expressão da língua por meio de uma aprendizagem e não pelo ensino da gramática em s i mesma.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstract	An act of knowledge and an important instrument for the liberation of the people. The educational system of the 1st grade (second phase) of public schools, daily needs to improve its knowledge in order to update its students in our scientific knowledge. Through research carried out in the pre-internship, through works, studied texts and pre-tests carried out with the students, it was found that the 1st grade classes (second phase) of the 1st Grade School "FRANCISCO CARLOS VASCONCELOS, located in Jardim Rio do Peixe, do not safely dominate writing, that is, do not read well. Transcription requires all attention, all concentration, much reading, so I agree with the thinking of FEII "Writing and a conventional system used by man with the purpose of communicating with each other, recording their discoveries, their stories, ideas and thoughts. It is a means of expression and conservation of idea and thought. Writing is only of educational value when the child already knows what he is writing, when he is able to say in advance what he is going to write. The activities carried out in the reading room aim to stimulate students in the development of listening, speaking and writing skills; the mechanism, functioning and possibilities of expression of the language through learning and not by teaching the grammar itself.	pt_BR
