Resumo:
In this work was developed and applied the Games Theory for decision making in the monthly operation of the water system Coremas - Mãe D'água, Brazil. From the integration of hydrological models, it was possible to obtain the water availability of the referred water system and, consequently, to identify and propose solutions to the conflicts. The Games Theory was applied in order to find a balance between the strategies of the reservoir operator and what the hydrological system can undergo in hydrological terms. By means of the minimax theorem, it was possible to ensure the index of water allocation for each month, regardless the hydrological uncertainties of the water system, without collapsing. From the results obtained in the model, it was verified its representativeness as possible solutions to the conflicts. Thus, it is expected that the Games Theory may serve as a support for decision making during the monthly operation of water systems in semiarid Brazil.
