Abstract:
The national economic variations that our country has been going through in recent years are causing instability and insecurity in the market. Companies need to act in an innovative, strategic and planned manner so that they can consolidate and stay active. Therefore, it is crucial for entrepreneurs to understand that before entering a venture in the market, it is necessary to know if it will be profitable or not, to avoid possible losses and losses. Faced with this problem, the present work aims, through bibliographic research and a case study, to analyze the economic and financial viability for the establishment of a goat milk powder factory in a city of Cariri Paraíba do Nordeste In addition to the characterization of the sector and the survey of all necessary investments, Brazilian economic and financial viability analysis indicators were used as means to reach the results. The Cariri region stands out for being the largest goat milk producer in Brazil, and linked to this the results found were favorable for the execution of the proposal presented in this paper.
