Abstract:
Women are increasingly gaining ground in the labor market as a result of their daily struggle
for gender equality. It is known that the path has been traveled for several decades and the
advances are obtained gradually, this struggle is consolidated through political movements such
as feminism, in its waves as it is divided by gender scholars. Thus, to better understand gender
inequalities in business, it is necessary to understand concepts such as gender and feminism.
This paper aims to discuss feminism, gender studies and women's difficulties within business
management. To develop the research, a bibliographic review of authors dealing with gender
and feminism, as well as administration authors, was conducted.
