Trabalho de conclusão de curso Programa Jovem Aprendiz: uma análise na percepção dos alunos do SENAI no município de Campina Grande – PB.

Abstract

The insertion of the young person in the labor market has been characterized as importante problematic in the current Brazilian scenario. Recent years have seen the growth of the unemployment caused by the various transformations in the world of work and difficulties the country. It should be noted that young people have been one of the most affected groups with the lack of job opportunities. Then one notices the need to understand how has been guided by the Public Policies focused on Youth, in particular those that support young people in obtaining professional qualifications and assisting them to enter the labor market. In this sense, this article analyzes the repercussions of the Youth Program Apprentice in the perception of the students of the Vocational Training Center Professor Stenio Lopes – CEPSL, one of the Vocational Training Centers of SENAI of Campina Grande - PB. The methodology used was descriptive qualitative study, based on the analysis of documents content and the of a questionnaire, whose results attest to the effectiveness of the Program among participants, contributing to the professional and personal growth of the beneficiaries. The final considerations indicate that the insertion of young people into the labor market, through the Program, meets the in a satisfactory manner through the provision of job qualification opportunities, promoting social inclusion.
