Résumé:
Social impact business (NIS) has been created with the purpose of solving some social
problem generating positive impact on society, but with market vision and financial
sustainability. The impact generated by this type of business becomes greater from the
ecosystem in which it is inserted and the actors present in it. The purpose of this study is to analyze how a social impact business ecosystem is structured and its cooperative relationship links in the city of Campina Grande (PB). For this, the work was divided into three stages: initially, a bibliometric analysis was performed about the national and international scientific production on social business (2009-2018), seeking to systematically and richly identify the state of the art of this theme. Then, the social impact business ecosystem was mapped identifying the roles of institutional actors based on the Campina Grande Technological Incubator of Creative and Innovative Enterprises - ITCG / PaqTcPB, given its recognition of key actor in the analyzed ecosystem. ; The theoretical basis included the Quadruple Helix model and the NIS ecosystem proposed by UNDP (2018). Finally, an analysis of the absorptive capacity of these businesses was made in view of the relationship between the institutional actors of their ecosystem. The first study is a bibliometrics (chap. 1), while the other two make use of qualitative research approaches (chapters 2 and 3). The works follow a logical articulation, although they can be analyzed individually.
