Resumen:
Sustainable development has been the subject of several studies carried out by
environmental organizations and / or institutions that aim at preserving nature and
making better use of the natural resources offered, in order to harmonize the need of
human beings with the capacity to support nature. Thus, the present study aims to
identify how the company BETA behaves, facing the integration of the environmental,
social and economic dimensions proposed in the Callado model (2010). For that, a
qualitative research, of a descriptive nature, was conducted in the form of a case study,
using the analysis model for the measurement of sustainable development in companies
proposed by Callado (2010). In view of the results obtained, it was found that the
behavior of the company BETA, faced with the integration of the environmental, social
and economic dimensions of sustainability of this organization, presents itself in a
medium way, where even with sustainable actions undertaken the company can not
integrate the environmental dimensions, social and economic.
