The fierce competitiveness of companies in search of flexibility in hiring has led to a worrying scenario where the worker is not always the beneficiary, and this is reflected both in individuals with higher education level and others who did not have the privilege of training. academic Given this, the objective of the work is to describe the conditions that dehumanize and precarious work in order to understand how it happens and what can be done to soften its effects and conditions on the worker. During the research, using documentary analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the precariousness of work not only in Brazil but also in the world. There are several strategies and manipulations to mask employment relationships where other devices are used and there are no guarantees for the worker when documents are not confiscated in more extreme situations such as slave labor, where debts are imposed on the individual before he or she even receives any value for it. your job. Thus, it can be seen that much remains to be done to improve working conditions and that precariousness has been affecting not only low-educated individuals, but also higher-level individuals pointing to a scenario of uncertainty, insecurity, instability and having their rights and social benefits violated.
