Resumo:
In this work, a strategic plan (PE) was elaborated and applied in a company in the furniture retail segment, in order to guide its guidelines in line with its production strategies and performance objectives. As it is not a large company, the concern for structural organizational factors is left as a background, as well as the lack of human material to develop such interest. From this perspective, it was necessary to follow the organization's routine and daily life in a practical way, in order to understand its needs and capabilities and, in a legitimate way, convey the reality of the organization in strategic planning. The plan was created subsequently with the definition of the company's mission, vision and values so that its strategic definitions could be taken, respecting the validated principles. To make the goals and objectives attainable, an action plan was developed, which, once applied, results are more easily achieved.
