A inclusão de pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho em Bernardino Batista - PB: desafios e contradições.

Abstract

This study has investigated the inclusion of people with disabilities - PwD in the labor market Bernardino Batista - PB, based on a vast theoretical, with different views of authors that deal with this theme, where they were addressed public policies designed to ensure access the fundamental goods such as education and employment. A survey was made of the number of disabled people in the city, as well as those that were inserted in the labor market, where interviews were conducted with a predetermined script, trying to understand the concepts of PwD about inclusion, issues that hinder and hamper the inclusion and stability of people with disabilities in the formal labor market, as well as flaws in the proposals that make them are not applied as they should be.
