Resumo:
The monograph entitled "Among stories & Curriculum: Two History teachers their didacticmethodological
procedures in the School Dom Moises Coelho (Cajazeiras-PB)" is an analysis
of the processes, actions, details of the specific ways that actually two History teachers apply
in classrooms, countersigned by an educational curriculum proposal and guided by
paradigmatic changes in history. The paper discusses the main historical social relations of
periods in the history of Brazil, that contributed to the formation/iricorporation of both history
as a school subject as the didactic- methodological procedures to teaching. It also examines
the History curriculum, specifically proposed by the National Curricular Guidelines and the
Political Pedagogical Project of the School Dom Moises Coelho, which guide and influence
the investigation procedures in the school environment. The study was realize out taking as a
basis the methodological principles of qualitative research, in which they performed a
literature review about the theme, the documentary analysis of official sources (PCN and
History PPP of the school), observations of classes from two History teachers dyring the
months of July and August, 2013, and application of semi-structured interviews, using the
methodology of Oral History. The investigation discovered that the History classes have been
characterized by hybridism of forms, the use of multiple and diverse procedures originated
from distinct kind of historiographical and pedagogical thoughts that, together, make a
"smorgasbord of flavors".
