Resumen:
School supervision has contributed to a better teaching performance
qualified and the supervisor as an integral member of the school has his job
characterized by the coordination of pedagogical activities. However, very little
know about this process that happens at school and that professional who
performs.
The historical moment experienced by supervisors today imposes a daily
actions always innovated.
However, over the past few decades school supervision has been
object of debates and criticisms, taking into account the teaching situation, the failures
and the unsuccessful attempts to change their procedures, aiming to guarantee
all a quality education.
