The present work consists of a study on the approach and application of the concept of
Landscape at Escola Municipal Jose Reis in the city of Sousa-PB, from the application of 1
questionnaires for the teacher and another for a group of 20 6th year students
Fundamental. Initially, a bibliographic survey was made regarding the concept of
landscape within Geography. We also approach Geography with respect to the multiplicity of
didactic resources to work it. Then, a brief characterization of the school, the
Pedagogical Political Project, in addition to the treatment given to landscape in the textbook, most used
