Resumo:
Planning is a constant practice in the lives of all individuals Planning is geared to our daily actions at school or outside of school. Planning is a practice that has been questioned by teachers. For this reason, we chose this theme, with the intention of analyzing the teaching planning process at Escola Antônio Meire Sá, in the city of Aparecida-PB. Our interest in the topic arose after we observed and monitored the planning at the school in which we work as teachers, due to the perceived certain dissatisfaction on the part of the teachers, so we intend to deepen our knowledge about school planning, together with the teachers, as a way of improve the reality of the classroom, by setting precious goals in the development of your practice. The work was elaborated as follows: in the first chapter the theoretical framework that served as support for understanding the theme, in the second chapter the methodological procedures used to carry out the research, the universe shows and the characterization of the school, in the third chapter the analysis of the data collected from the teachers and in the fourth chapter, the activities developed in the internship and, finally, the final considerations.
