Resumo:
The evaluation of the learning experienced by the school is considered a challenging act for educators, because its focus is more focused on the qualification and exclusion of students. In view of this reality, we feel the real need to work on the theme of learning assessment: in a critical and dialogical perspective, at the Municipal School of Elementary Education Vitória Bezerra, in the city of Cajazeiras-PB, with the teachers in order to analyze the evaluation process of learning, as it understands the relevance of this process in improving the educational action, therefore, new procedures are needed to improve the teaching process. School evaluation has attracted the attention of teaching professionals. For the teacher, evaluation is necessary as an integral part of the teaching process, it is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the student's learning process, identifying their progress, diagnosing their difficulties, and helping to overcome them. The subjects directly involved in the process (teacher-students) are able to critically develop their actions together in order to really effect the quality teaching-learning process.
