Indiscipline at school is getting worse every day, hampering the development of education and the work of educators, this fact is today one of the most controversial issues in education, where the rules established by the school are contradicted. The study carried out was intended to analyze the difficulties that educators have encountered regarding indiscipline in the classroom and to investigate what pedagogical didactic preparations: they receive to deal with this problem that directly affects schools. In the construction of this work carrying out surveys: from several bibliographic references to which we take as a subsidy the disciplinary concept of Michel Foucault (1979-1987), that the discipline is a means that manage to improve the subject within the rules. The educational system in turn launches a homogeneous model of society, and the school as an instrument of the state seeks to serve it, disciplining the subject according to the rules adopted by the system, leading to insecurity as to what is the correct path and the lack of creativity.
