Résumé:
The purpose of the evaluation process is to improve the pedagogical action aimed at
moral and intellectual promotion of the student, and a continuous, dialogical and
cooperative, through which students and educators learn about themselves and
develop their potential.
Analyzing the teaching-learning process at the State School Jaime Meira Fontes,
difficulties are observed: lack of support and encouragement from families, financial conditions
of students and lack of resources that favor a balance between what society
offers and the school. Although there are major obstacles and distortions between theory and silver
evaluative, the desire to improve takes the teacher to participate in studies, meetings
training or seminars in order to foster the growth of the educational system.
